Brad Paisley

Flashback:
To the first night Andrew met Lacie. Brad Paisley was scheduled to come play at Lavell Edwards Stadium on July 4th (Stadium of Fire). Lacie made it clear that she wanted to go more than anything. Andrew, wanting desperately to impress this unbelievably gorgeous girl, went in search for tickets. Sadly, the cheapest he could find were 80 bucks a seat.

Fast Forward:
To November. Lacie comes home super excited, saying "Brad Paisley is coming to Salt Lake in January!!"  Andrews response, "Oh.... that's neat" Lacie left the room very sad. Andrew smiled to himself.

Fast Forward:
To Christmas Day. Andrew, being the wonderfully amazing husband that he is, surprises Lacie with two tickets to see Brad Paisley in concert. Definitely the best Christmas present he's ever given - made apparent by her reaction.

Fast Forward:
To Friday night. We got our moneys worth.

The concert opened with American Idol winner Scotty McCreery, who Andrew had never heard of. But after hearing 5 of his songs we decided together that he is one of our new favorites.

Then we got to hear The Band Perry. Andrew THOUGHT he'd never heard of them, but realized they have a lot of hits that he has heard and likes.

The main event was quite a show. Brad is a great entertainer.

He sang all of our favorites:
Celebrity, Mud on the Tires, I'm Gonna Miss Her, I'm Still a Guy, Waitin on a Woman, The World, She's Everything
AND
If you're up to par on your Andrew/Lacie trivia, you'll remember our very first dance as Mr. & Mrs. Coffman was 'Then' by Mr. Paisley.

There were lots of fun surprises.
One of the best being Carrie Underwood showing up to sing 'Remind Me.'

It was quite the fun night.

Limon

It's official!
Our little lime-sized baby can be felt in mommas tummy.

We can't feel it move or anything yet, but if Lacie's layin down and you rub your hand over her tummy you can feel a baseball just to the right of her bellybutton.
Obviously I'm the only one that's gonna be rubbin her tummy while she's lyin down, so no one else will know for awhile. But we can feel it. So we're excited.

Also, it's started bein nicer to mom and not makin her as sick as often, so we're both very grateful for that.

We like our baby

Little Elder Coffman & Little Elder Diaz

FANTASTIC NEWS!!

You all probably remember one of my absolute favorite companions Elder Diaz:

He rocks. I loved serving with him. We were good friends the entire mission and still are.

His birthday was yesterday - so I called him up and sang him a beautiful rendition of happy birthday in our own special companionship way.

We talked for a few minutes and caught up on how each other was doin, then some exciting news came out:

ELDER DIAZ IS HAVIN A BABY!!!

Well, HE'S not, but his wife is....  And it gets even better....

They had their very first ultrasound.... on Monday! Same day as us! She's 11 weeks along and due on August 2nd!!

What are the chances?

So now, come August, there will be a little tiny Andresito, and a little tiny Andrew Jr.  Baby Elder Diaz & Baby Elder Coffman.

Unless one is a girl.... then they could get married!!

Our Little Kumquat

Here's the newest baby Coffman!

Sexy momma Lacie had her first doctors appointment this mornin. This is the little gummy bear that's the size of a kumquat. The new due date is August 6th.

The baby is laying on its side with an arm and a leg sticking up, 10 weeks today is what it measured at. Now just ten more and we will know what we are having. :)

The doc said everything looked normal, and the heartbeat sounded like a washin machine.
