2011

Well this year was pretty dang exciting. Lots of big stuff happened this year. Possibly the most exciting year since 2007 (graduation, witnessing Craig Biggios 3000th hit, beginning of my domination of BYU, first ever Cougar Football game, breaking the collar bone).  2011 was full of even more awesome stuff.

In January Jimmermania was sweeping over the nation, and Will and I had front-row seats to see him LIVE every home game (okay, not front-row, but we still got to see him live)

February came and I got to go back and visit one of my absolute favorite places on Earth: SNOWFLAKE ARIZONA for one of the greatest reasons on Earth - Sister Leary went through the temple. She was baptized my last saturday in the area. I also got to witness the Lobos win their first playoff game.

March was full of excitement:

I got my dream job of teaching at the MTC

Traveled to Denver for Vannahs baptism

First ever live General Conference

AND Got accepted to the Marriott School

April brought the end of the semester, and another trip to ARIZONA!! This time down to the valley to see Doug get married!

We also saw the uniting of the three absolute, hands-down sexiest men in all of Provo

Escaping Raintree and taking over the Summer Condo, Jack from Provo became Jack in Springville

We made sure that May was one of the greatest months in the history of Provo. Midnight Betos runs, batting cages, whiffle ball homerun derbys, late night pillow talk and massages and... well... clearly Andrew was in need of a woman..

Then came June...

Game Over.

The sexy man Aaron Shonk came to visit and we partied hard

July began in a good way with a road trip to Idaho

And some big explosions

And a big question

(She said Yes)

August wrapped up the summer fun

We said goodbye to Jenna

Visited Denver to see the Astros and celebrate Camis birthday

Went out with a bang on a coast-to-coast trip in one week:

NYC & the Jersey shore with Eli & Emme

Then on a last-hurrah road trip with Will to the California coast for a small-world wedding of my sister-in-law & roommate/best friends sister marry an Elder who I was roommates with in the MTC

September was a month to remember...

The Declaration of Independence

And then....

The last night of the month was the emergence of Riley Nelson. A lifelong dream to storm the field at Lavell Edwards Stadium came true as Riley rallied BYU in an amazing come-from-behind victory over Utah State with two touchdowns in the 4th quarter.

October included a myriad of birthday celebrations, the addition of a new nephew, and of course, more BYU Football

When November came around, Andrew realized that the semester was quickly coming to a close and he had been very much distracted. So the month was spent trying to recover and not let grades drop any further. Also a little bit of turning this creepy old house into our home

And obviously, more Cougar Football

December came and went in a flash.

Christmas lights & excitement, finals, a wonderfully surprising lack of snow, time-and-a-half pay at work, and a fun trip to Idaho.

BYU's season came to a great finish, with Riley once again willing the team to a win, and Cody making unbelievably impossible grabs in the endzone (thrice).

2011 was a fantastic year full of memories.

One of the most exciting memories is one that will lead to a whole lot more....

Christmas Time!

We bought our very first Christmas Tree! We had a lot of fun puttin it together together.

(If you can't tell, Lacie really didn't want to be in these pictures ;-)

Andrew lucked out and got to top it off with the star

The finished product

It was very necessary to showcase the greatest ornament on the tree:

Yep. That just happened!
